3. Services Offered

-
Facebook and Instagram ads management
-
Website design and optimisation
-
SEO optimisation
-
Email marketing setup and automation
-
Landing page design and creative work
-
Lead calling and CRM setup
Each service will be agreed upon in writing (e.g., via WhatsApp, email, or proposal) before any work begins.
4. Payment Terms
All services are invoiced in advance and must be paid in full before any work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Invoices are payable via the payment methods stated on the invoice.
Work will not begin until payment is received in full.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. However, refunds may be issued at my discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as where:
-
I am unable to complete the agreed work due to an issue on my end; or
-
A service has not yet started and no time or resources have been committed.
Refunds will not normally be given where:
-
The client changes their mind or delays work after payment has been made; or
-
The project is cancelled or postponed by the client after resources, time, or advertising spend have been allocated.
Where advertising spend is paid directly to third parties (e.g. Meta/Facebook), Moduli is not responsible for refunding those costs.
6. Client Responsibilities
By engaging my services, you agree to:
-
Provide accurate information, materials, and access required to perform the work.
-
Respond to messages or requests for information promptly to avoid project delays.
-
Comply with any relevant platform policies (e.g. Facebook Ads policies).
Failure to provide necessary information or approvals in a timely manner may result in project delays or additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, ownership of all final deliverables (e.g. ad creatives, copy, website designs) transfers to you.
However, Moduli retains the right to display completed work (or portions of it) in my portfolio, website, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
While I take every care to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of my work, I cannot guarantee specific results (such as lead quantity, sales volume, or ad performance).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moduli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of my website or services.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot be limited by law.
9. Third-Party Services
Some services rely on third-party platforms (e.g. Facebook, Mailchimp, Wix, Shopify). Moduli is not responsible for any downtime, errors, or changes made by these platforms that may affect service performance.
Where advertising budgets are paid directly to Meta (Facebook), Google, or other platforms, those payments are subject to the respective platform’s own terms and conditions.
10. Confidentiality
Any information shared between you and Moduli in the course of a project will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
11. Data Protection
All personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy
12. Changes to These Terms
I may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in business operations or legal requirements. The updated version will always be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
